Washing Instructions

All fabrics are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. It is recommended that
diapers are washed at least every 2-3 days to minimize staining and odor. Items containing PUL should be dried on HOT every few weeks, especially if diapers are lined dried. This will ensure the pul keeps working to it's full potential, by restoring the rods in teh laminate.

Keep in mind these are suggested washing instructions, as everyone picks up their own routine.

Diaper Washing Instructions:
Step 1» Shake any solids into the toilet. (Breastmilk stool can be washed as is, until baby is on solid foods. You will know when!!) Fold back laundry tabs on diapers with touchtape. Place diaper in diaper pail until wash day.
Step 2» Dump diapers into washing machine. Run a "pre-wash" or full cycle on COLD. Use only 1/4 of the recommended amount of detergent. This COLD wash helps to prepare the diapers for washing and helps to minimize stains.
Step 3» Run a FULL wash on HOT.
Step 4» Second Rinse (I run it on HOT, but COLD is fine).
All diapers can be dried in the dryer.
Please Note: ~Do not add fabric softener- it will decrease the absorbency of the diapers by coating the cotton fibers ~A second rinse is recommended to get rid of any remaining detergent. ~ All diapers can be dried in the dryer.
